Golden State has reportedly initiated trade discussions for Kristaps Porzingis, who is contemplating his basketball future due to recurring symptoms of postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). ESPN insider Shams Charania confirmed Porzingis' health issue, which caused him to miss training camp and the preseason. Porzingis was previously diagnosed with POTS in 2025.
