TSMC Introduces A13 Process for Advanced Computing

TSMC has announced its A13 process technology during its 2026 North America Technology Symposium. This new chip manufacturing method is a direct evolution from the A14 node, achieving a 6% reduction in chip area. The technology is specifically engineered for upcoming artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and mobile applications, with mass production projected for 2029.
