A novel side-channel attack, named FROST, has been demonstrated, allowing websites to infer user activity by monitoring Solid-State Drive behavior. This technique leverages the browser's Origin Private File System feature to leak information about active applications. The attack requires only a visit to a malicious webpage, posing a new privacy concern.
