SoftBank Commits €75 Billion to AI Data Centers in France

SoftBank Group has announced a substantial investment of up to €75 billion to establish 5 gigawatts of AI data center capacity in France. The initial phase, valued at €45 billion, aims to deliver 3.1 gigawatts in the Hauts-de-France region by 2031. This initiative represents SoftBank's largest AI infrastructure investment in Europe, designed to support the growing demand for high-performance computing in artificial intelligence.
