CISA to Release Directive for AI Executive Order This Week, Focusing on Cybersecurity

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) plans to issue a binding operational directive to federal agencies by the end of the week, detailing actions required to implement the president's artificial intelligence executive order. CISA Acting Director Nick Andersen stated the directive will focus on vulnerability alleviation and management, and the agency will also roll out specific AI access to partners.
