Intel Introduces Xeon 6+ CPU on 18A Process and New AI Infrastructure Initiatives at COMPUTEX 2026

At COMPUTEX 2026, Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan announced Xeon 6+, the company's first data center CPU built on the Intel 18A process, featuring 288 efficiency cores and 576MB of L3 cache. Intel also unveiled 'Rackscale Blueprints' and announced rackscale AI infrastructure collaborations with SambaNova and Foxconn.
