Threat Actor Compromises Cloud Servers to Create Covert Email Relay Network

A threat actor, identified as PCPJack, has reportedly hijacked 230 cloud servers across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. These compromised business servers were converted into a clandestine SMTP email relay network, continuously syncing for mail relay capabilities. The infrastructure was still active upon discovery, indicating a significant cybersecurity incident.
