GMI Cloud and Magna AI Form Strategic Partnership to Build Global Sovereign AI Infrastructure

GMI Cloud, a leader in AI-native GPU cloud infrastructure, has partnered with Magna AI Inc. to design, deploy, and scale a global network of sovereign AI Factories (AIFs). The initial projects, architected around NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72™, are planned for Malaysia, Belgium, and Romania, with additional locations in Africa and the Middle East under development. This collaboration, involving Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology, addresses the rapidly growing demand for secure, high-performance AI computing capacity and national AI independence.
