Applied Materials Expands Singapore Manufacturing to Support AI Chip Demand

Applied Materials has expanded its manufacturing and R&D operations in Singapore with a new US$500 million Tampines Campus, more than doubling its advanced cleanroom capacity. This expansion aims to support the global build-out of AI infrastructure and meet the increasing demand for advanced semiconductors, with the facility already operating at volume production.
