IQE and Tower Semiconductor Form Partnership for AI Data Center Component Supply

IQE plc and Tower Semiconductor have entered a multi-year agreement to supply Indium Phosphide (InP) epiwafers. These specialized materials are vital for advanced optical connectivity within AI-powered data centers, enabling next-generation transceivers and modulators.
