Rumble Acquires Northern Data, Launches RUM Group Inc. to Boost AI and Cloud Services

Rumble has acquired Northern Data, significantly expanding its AI and cloud computing capabilities by gaining approximately 22,000 NVIDIA GPUs and 200MW of energy capacity. The company is rebranding its combined operations under a new holding company, RUM Group Inc., effective June 18, 2026. This strategic move positions Rumble as a major player in the AI compute-as-a-service market and includes a multi-year agreement with Together AI for dedicated GPU cloud capacity.
