Waymo Recalls Autonomous Vehicles Over Software Glitch in Construction Zones

Waymo has initiated a recall for 3,800 robotaxis due to a software defect preventing them from recognizing closed freeway construction areas. This issue has led to the suspension of freeway operations for the affected vehicles. A software update is currently being developed to address the problem.
