Brewer Science Acquires Heraeus Epurio's Semiconductor Chemicals Unit

Brewer Science has reached an agreement to acquire the semiconductor chemicals business of Heraeus Epurio. This acquisition will expand Brewer Science's portfolio of advanced materials essential for semiconductor manufacturing, including photoacid generators and other critical components. The transaction encompasses Heraeus Epurio's production site in Dayton, Ohio, and its sales and support teams in Asia, aiming to strengthen the provision of ultrapure chemical solutions for advanced lithography and microdevice fabrication.
