Nintendo of America has confirmed that internal employee survey data was stolen from TinyPulse, a third-party employee engagement platform. The breach, attributed to 'Shadowbyt3$', did not affect Nintendo's core systems or customer information. However, approximately 1GB of employee data, including personal and financial details, was exfiltrated, leading to a $2 million ransom demand.
