Agility Robotics Prepares for Nasdaq IPO, Integrates Nvidia's 'Halos for Robotics' Safety Software

Agility Robotics is preparing to go public on Nasdaq via a SPAC at a $2.5 billion valuation. The company has already deployed its full-size Digit robot in nine customer sites, including Amazon and Toyota, and will be the first to integrate Nvidia's new 'Halos for Robotics' safety software, designed to provide humanoids with split-second situational awareness.
