Anthropic Restores Claude Fable 5 AI Model After US Lifts Export Controls

Anthropic is reinstating access to its Claude Fable 5 AI model for users globally, following the US Commerce Department's decision to lift export controls. The restrictions, which also affected the Mythos 5 model, were imposed approximately two and a half weeks prior. Users can expect Fable 5 to be available across Claude.ai, the Claude Platform, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork starting July 1st.
