Air Liquide Invests Over $170 Million in U.S. to Support SK hynix's AI Memory Chip Production
Air Liquide is investing more than $170 million to build and operate two new production units in Indiana, supporting SK hynix's first U.S. advanced memory chip fabrication plant. This investment will deliver ultra-pure gases essential for manufacturing next-generation AI memory chips, such as High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), with the new units expected to be commissioned by the end of 2028.
