Garen Semiconductor Establishes First Mass Production Line for Large Gallium Oxide Wafers

Hangzhou Garen Semiconductor has inaugurated the world's first mass-production facility capable of manufacturing 6-inch and 8-inch homoepitaxial gallium oxide wafers. This achievement addresses previous limitations in wafer size and production volume within the gallium oxide sector. The new line is expected to facilitate the widespread production of advanced power devices for demanding high-voltage, high-frequency, and high-temperature applications.
