SoftBank Launches SB Neo, a New US Neocloud Subsidiary, Targeting 10 Gigawatts of AI Data-Center Capacity

SoftBank Corp. and SoftBank Group Corp. are jointly establishing SB Neo, Inc. in the US to offer GPU cloud services to American enterprises and hyperscalers starting in fiscal year 2027. The venture plans to scale towards 10 gigawatts of AI data-center capacity, leveraging SoftBank Group's broader US infrastructure buildout and SoftBank Corp.'s Infrinia AI Cloud OS.
