Kioxia and Sandisk Initiate Production of 10th-Generation 3D Flash Memory

Kioxia Corporation and Sandisk Corporation have announced the commencement of production for their 10th-generation 3D Flash memory technology, BiCS10 1Tb TLC, at the Kitakami Plant in Japan. This milestone aims to address strong demand for innovative flash memory, improving bit density by 59 percent and delivering up to 4.8Gb/s interface speed.
