Infineon Launches World's Largest Smart Power Semiconductor Factory in Dresden

Infineon Technologies has inaugurated its €5 billion Smart Power Fab in Dresden, ahead of schedule. This new facility is now the world's largest for intelligent power semiconductors and analog/mixed-signal technologies. It will significantly increase Infineon's 300mm manufacturing capacity, addressing the growing demand from sectors like AI data centers, software-defined vehicles, and renewable energy.
