Bosch Starts Sample Production at California Semiconductor Plant with CHIPS Act Support

Bosch has initiated sample production of silicon carbide chips at its new facility in Roseville, California. This development is a key step in boosting U.S. domestic chip manufacturing, supported by $225 million from the U.S. CHIPS Act. The plant, acquired in 2023, represents a substantial investment and aims for full commercial production later this year.
