China Reportedly Begins Mass Production of Immersion DUV Lithography Machines

A state-backed manufacturer in Shanghai has reportedly started mass-producing immersion Deep Ultraviolet (DUV) lithography machines, with initial deliveries expected to SMIC, CXMT, and Hua Hong later this year.
