Microsoft Introduces First In-House Cybersecurity AI Model

Microsoft has launched MAI-Cyber-1-Flash, its inaugural in-house AI model specialized in cybersecurity, integrated into its MDASH vulnerability identification system. The company reports that MDASH, leveraging MAI-Cyber-1-Flash and GPT-5.4, achieved a 95.95% score on CyberGym at half the previous cost, marking a significant advancement in AI-powered cybersecurity solutions.
