Intel Completes RAMP-C Program, Advancing Domestic Semiconductor Manufacturing for Secure Enclave

Intel Foundry has announced the completion of the Rapid Assured Microelectronics Prototypes - Commercial (RAMP-C) program. This initiative, launched in 2021, has successfully developed leading-edge CMOS technology and manufacturing capabilities in the United States, establishing a foundation for expanded trusted domestic semiconductor production. The program enabled validated prototypes, ecosystem readiness, and early customer engagement, creating a path to domestic leadership in high-volume manufacturing, particularly with Intel's 18A process technology.
