Google DeepMind Launches Gemini Robotics 2 for Advanced Humanoid and Multi-Robot Control

Google DeepMind has released Gemini Robotics 2, a new suite of three models designed for advanced robotics. This includes a vision-language-action model for whole-body humanoid control, an embodied-reasoning model for multi-step planning and multi-robot collaboration, and an on-device variant capable of adapting to new robot bodies within hours. The release demonstrates dexterous hand manipulation and coordinated teamwork across different robot platforms.
