SK hynix and Sandisk Unveil First High Bandwidth Flash (HBF) Standard Specifications

SK hynix, in collaboration with Sandisk, has unveiled the first standard specifications for High Bandwidth Flash (HBF), a next-generation storage technology. This announcement coincides with the opening of 'FMS 2026' and aims to overcome memory bottlenecks in the AI era by enabling high-speed data transfer similar to HBM while significantly expanding capacity using NAND technology.
