Air Liquide Invests Over $150 Million in New Idaho Semiconductor Gas Plant

Air Liquide has announced an investment exceeding $150 million to construct and operate a new industrial gas production facility in Idaho. This plant, scheduled to begin operations in 2028, will supply ultra-pure nitrogen, oxygen, and argon, which are essential for manufacturing advanced memory chips. This investment supports the site expansion of a global leader in semiconductor memory chips and builds on Air Liquide's growing presence in U.S. semiconductor hubs.
