Renesas Launches Gen 3 MRDIMM Chipset Solutions Advancing DDR5 Memory for AI Data Centers

Renesas Electronics has announced its Gen 3 DDR5 Multiplexed Rank Dual In-Line Memory Module (MRDIMM) chipset solutions, delivering speeds up to 16,000 MT/s. These solutions are designed to meet the increasing demand for higher memory bandwidth in AI data centers and cloud infrastructure, offering 25% higher bandwidth than previous generations while maintaining DDR5 infrastructure compatibility.
