SK hynix Invests $40 Billion to Boost AI Memory Production

SK hynix is committing 54 trillion won (approximately $40 billion USD) to establish new production facilities at Yongin Y2 and Cheongju M17. This substantial investment aims to secure long-term manufacturing capacity for AI memory, addressing the rapidly growing demand in the AI market and contributing to the stability of the global AI semiconductor supply chain.
