Brazil Launches Project to Develop Next-Generation AI Robots for Industrial Maintenance

Brazil has initiated a project, backed by approximately $21.5 million in funding from the Brazilian Development Bank, to develop a new generation of artificial intelligence-powered industrial robots. These robots are designed to monitor equipment condition and enhance production efficiency in industrial settings, with the goal of completing the intelligent automated industrial equipment diagnostics system by June 2028.
