NVIDIA Launches NOOA Open-Source AI Agent Framework; Anthropic Forms $1.5 Billion Enterprise AI Joint Venture

NVIDIA Labs has open-sourced NOOA (NVIDIA Object-Oriented Agents), an Apache 2.0 Python agent framework designed to simplify the creation and deployment of capable AI agents, demonstrating strong performance on SWE-bench and CyberGym benchmarks. Concurrently, Anthropic has officially launched "Ode With Anthropic," a $1.5 billion joint venture with private equity firms Blackstone and Hellman & Friedman, aimed at aggressively deploying Claude models into highly regulated sectors such as mid-sized banks, health systems, and manufacturing.
