IBM and Together AI Partner to Scale Open-Source AI Inference with NVIDIA Infrastructure on IBM Cloud

IBM has announced a multi-year, $240 million agreement with Together AI to deploy a large cluster of NVIDIA HGX B300 systems on IBM Cloud, with expected availability in Q1 2027. Together AI will leverage this infrastructure to provide open-source model inference, significantly expanding AI cloud capacity and supporting the operationalization of AI at scale. This collaboration builds on recent advancements between IBM and NVIDIA in GPU-native data analytics, unstructured data extraction, and cloud infrastructure.
