Baima Lake Laboratory Achieves Breakthrough in Boride-based Solid-State Battery Technology

Researchers at Hangzhou's Baima Lake Laboratory have developed a boride-based solid-state battery capable of stable operation across a wide temperature range (-20°C to 120°C). The battery boasts an energy density of 400 Wh/kg and a cycle life exceeding 2,000 cycles, with potential applications in low-altitude drones, embodied AI robots, and high-end consumer electronics.
