Cisco Addresses Critical Denial-of-Service Vulnerability

Cisco has reported a high-severity vulnerability in its Secure Firewall software that is currently being exploited to create denial-of-service conditions. The flaw, identified as CVE-2026-20349, allows unauthenticated attackers to send crafted HTTP requests. Cisco has issued hot fixes and the vulnerability has been added to CISA's catalog, mandating remediation for U.S. federal agencies by August 14, 2026.
