SiEngine Commences Mass Deliveries of TianGong 100 Automotive AI Accelerator Chip

SiEngine has begun mass production and batch deliveries of its TianGong 100, a self-developed automotive-grade 7-nanometer AI acceleration chip. Designed as a plug-and-play, independent accelerator for edge-side AI applications, this chip provides 96 TOPS of INT8 computing power and aims to offer a complete domestic computing foundation for rapid deployment of local large models in vehicles.
