NVIDIA Introduces New AI Optimization Tools and $500 Billion AI Buildout Lending Program

NVIDIA launched Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, a lightweight open model, and NeMo Switchyard, an open-source router designed to optimize agentic AI costs by assigning tasks to the most cost-effective models. Additionally, NVIDIA, in partnership with five Wall Street banks, has initiated a $500 billion lending program to mobilize third-party capital for AI infrastructure, treating NVIDIA's chips as an asset class for investment.
