LG and NVIDIA Partner to Advance Physical AI in Robotics, AI Factories, and Mobility

LG Group and NVIDIA have signed a strategic business cooperation agreement to develop "physical AI" across various sectors. The collaboration includes plans to unveil a next-generation bipedal humanoid robot in early 2027, leveraging NVIDIA's Isaac GR00T foundation model and Jetson Thor platform for computing and control, while LG provides hardware components. They also aim to establish a large-scale AI factory in South Korea by 2028 and cooperate on advanced vehicle computing systems.
