High-Severity Kubernetes Ingress-Nginx Flaw (CVE-2026-4342) Persists in Production Clusters

New research from O3 Security reveals that CVE-2026-4342, a configuration-injection bug with a CVSS score of 8.8 affecting Kubernetes Ingress-Nginx, remains unpatched in many production clusters despite a fix released in March. This vulnerability allows attackers to route traffic into a majority of the world's Kubernetes clusters.
