Microsoft Defender for Cloud Expands Kubernetes Vulnerability Assessment to EKS and GKE, Adds Agentless Threat Protection

Microsoft's Defender for Cloud has rolled out significant updates, extending Kubernetes node vulnerability assessment beyond Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to include Amazon EKS and Google GKE. The updates also introduce scanning for Docker Hardened container images and bring agentless threat protection to AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) workloads, enhancing multi-cloud security capabilities.
