Soulbrain to Build $85.8 Million Chemical Plant in Texas for Semiconductor Manufacturing

Soulbrain is moving forward with an $85.8 million chemical plant in Taylor, Texas, dedicated to producing high-purity phosphoric acid essential for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This facility is slated to supply Samsung Electronics' semiconductor foundry in Taylor and other manufacturers across the U.S., bolstering the domestic semiconductor supply chain. Construction is scheduled to commence on September 1, 2026.
