China Now Operates Over 2 Million Factory Robots as Workforce Ages

A BBC report highlights that China's factories now employ more than 2 million industrial robots, making it the country with the highest number of operational robots globally. China also produces over half of the world's industrial robots, driven by a race to automate before an anticipated demographic shift where over a third of its population will be 60+ by 2035.
