Navitas Semiconductor to Acquire Claros for Approximately $233 Million, Expanding AI Infrastructure Portfolio

Navitas Semiconductor has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Claros, a power management solutions company specializing in vertical power delivery (VPD) and integrated voltage regulator (IVR) technology for AI data centers. The acquisition, valued at up to approximately $232.8 million, aims to extend Navitas' AI infrastructure offerings from the grid to the xPU, directly powering high-current, high-speed processors in modern AI systems.
