Tencent Cloud Partners with TruKKer in Saudi Arabia, Launches Hy3 AI Model Globally

Tencent Cloud has announced a partnership with TruKKer, a leading logistics company in the EMEA region, which will see TruKKer migrate its platform to Tencent Cloud's Saudi Arabia region and adopt CodeBuddy, Tencent's AI-powered coding assistant. This agreement coincides with the global launch of Tencent Hy3, its latest AI model built on a hybrid Mixture-of-experts (MoE) architecture, now accessible to businesses and developers worldwide through global developer platforms and open-source communities under the Apache 2.0 license.
