Xanadu and Mitsubishi Chemical Advance Quantum Computing for Semiconductor Fabrication
Xanadu Quantum Technologies and Mitsubishi Chemical have announced the next phase of their collaboration, supported by Canadian and Japanese governments, to advance semiconductor fabrication using quantum computing algorithms. The partnership aims to develop a fault-tolerant quantum computing (FTQC)-ready software pipeline to simulate and mitigate radiation-induced blurring in extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography, a critical bottleneck in next-generation chip manufacturing.
