This phase is supported by national innovation programs from both the Canadian and Japanese governments. The partnership aims to develop an industry-oriented workflow that integrates parameters from Xanadu's quantum computing simulations into Mitsubishi's multi-scale models for extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography. This research is critical for identifying materials that prevent blurring in EUV lithography, a major bottleneck for classical simulations, and will support the development of next-generation semiconductor materials for powerful chips used in mobile, AI, and advanced computing.
