SK hynix Commits Over $4 Billion to Indiana for US-Based AI Memory Production

SK hynix is investing over $4 billion to establish an advanced packaging facility in West Lafayette, Indiana, for next-generation High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) production. This initiative marks the first "Made in USA" HBM mass production by late 2029, aiming to bolster the U.S. semiconductor supply chain and national security.
