AMD Launches AI-Native Developer Platform ROCm.AI, Marking a Decade of ROCm

AMD has introduced ROCm.AI, a new AI-native developer platform aimed at accelerating development and optimizing performance on AMD hardware. This platform integrates three key developer tools: AMD Skills, the ROCm CLI, and AMD Hyperloom. ROCm.AI is designed to provide AMD-specific expertise and agentic workflows within existing developer tools, covering inference optimization, AI workload management, and platform-aware coding assistance. AMD claims the platform can deliver an average of 3.3x inference improvement and 2.4x overall performance enhancement.
