Europe's First Humanoid Robot Mass-Production Base Begins Production in China-Serbia Joint Project

A joint China-Serbia project has launched Europe's first mass-production base for humanoid robots in Sabac, Serbia. The factory, built by Chinese automotive supplier Minth Group, aims for an annual production capacity of up to 20,000 humanoid robots and robotic dogs, targeting European and other markets. These embodied-intelligence robots are equipped with multimodal perception systems, tactile and sensing technologies, and AI deep-learning algorithms for autonomous adaptation and continuous improvement. The project, with an initial investment of 20 million euros, is seen as a significant step for Serbia's technological development, integrating robot manufacturing with AI, supercomputing, and data centers.
