Another Path Traversal Vulnerability (CVE-2026-82603) Found in SeaCMS

A separate path traversal vulnerability (CVE-2026-82603) has been detected in SeaCMS up to version 13.6. This issue affects an unknown processing function in the `/member.php?action=del_pl` file, part of the Comment Cache component. Remote manipulation of the `itype/vid` argument can lead to exploitation, and a public exploit is available.
